“I wasn’t under the impression that there is so much renovation going on at the hotel. The first impression as you walk into reception was bar concrete floors and uneven. I was sporting a fractured elbow with having to wear a sling, with the floors under reservation it didn’t feel safe. Tge room we had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was an electric fan which was extremely noisier and sounded like it was going to pack up at anytime. “The place was very rundown we had no plug in bathroom sink, it was very noisy at night, no hair dryer, only one towel and the room needed decorating. The room wasn't serviced.We had to go and ask for tea bags and milk ect.”
