Stayed here while attending an appointment at Papworth Hospital and had a great experience. The hotel was excellent value for money, in a peaceful location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The staff were lovely, and having a bar and restaurant on site was a real bonus. We ordered drinks and dessert, both of which were delicious. I would happily stay here again if the price is right.

The room we were allocated had many defects. The Shower and Basin drains were blocked and the air conditioner was extremely loud and did not product any air. The room became hot and humid. We had to keep the window open which allowed all of the train noise into the room. We reported the problems to the manager who made promises but did not follow through. Apparently, you have to advise the Manager when you want the room serviced. I have never stayed in a hotel where this is done. So much for service. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean rooms & welcoming staff, nice breakfast which wasn’t over crowded. I hadn’t realised the car park was extra but the rooms were a good price. Would recommend & return again. It’s right next to a train station too.
