The standout was the very good breakfast. I did not like the pre-check in questionnaire procedure. Our mattresses were sagging and we had to turn them over in order to be able to sleep better.

Nice place & great location. Used for a work trip. Food was good & room was spacious & clean. The only down side was on arrival. I stood waiting for a drink & was acknowledged by 3 members of staff whilst waiting who turned their heads away from me. I waited a good few minutes before asking for assistance. The same thing happened on my next visit to the bar.

Dry disappointed with the venue as a whole. It advertises electric charging car facilities, yet no one on the property knew how to use them so was unavailable. The room was supposed to be prepared for twin beds and wasn’t so had to wait. When beds were separated, condoms were found u see the bed and just left out. The spa facilities were out of order ( jacuzzi and sauna). The hotel bar was small and rubbish. The staff were largely unhelpful and I knowledgeable. The exception to all of this was the golf club. Excellent service, amenities and bar area. Overall - not impressed
