The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as we’d been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. We’ve stayed here in the past and after this visit, we’ll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage.
