This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. “I had a room at the rear of the property which was very quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom came with a lovely bath with shower over. Storage was plentiful with a wardrobe and 4 large drawers. You could hear the occupants of the adjoining room but it wasn't an issue. Parking is avaliable at the front/side and rear of the property. I have learned from experience not to park under the trees as you will return to find your car with bird droppings. I always stay here when...

“Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!”
