Had to move rooms because of a very strong cigarette smell in the original room but the staff were so helpful at sorting it out for us. Otherwise, room came with everything required and Spa was excellent.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. Also, Sylvie on reception was very helpful. Our room was lovely and it was a delight to stay there.

What can i say first time staying here had best girls night with my daughter, even booked for my partner This hotel got be first one ive not complained about the room it was 10/10 for the cleaners to,reception lady was so lovely , breakfast was nice, just some of the older staff could of been little bit more better with customers/staff... The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again

Very easy to get to and ample parking, lovely gardens as expected for a golf hotel. Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered. Pool area was good, a little dated compared to golf facilities but perfectly serviceable. Staff are lovely and very accommodating in all areas of the hotel. All in all i would book again maybe just work on message requests from external booking companies.
