Overall, Holiday Inn at St Stephen's is a great location. It is in Hull city center and in walking distance to a lot of things. It is joined to the mall, which has a good section of restaurants, so it's a great spot to stay. Jamie, who works in the kitchen during breakfast was phenomenal and provided beyond excellent customer service. He made sure we had vegan sausages ready for us every morning. The housekeeping could be better. We stayed in our room nearly 2 weeks and it was never vacummed. We also had to ask a few times for toilet roll and tissue paper because it was not topped off. Other than that would highly recommend.
