“It's a very basic hotel, just to sleep it's not bad. However, there were dirty walls, when entering the room the floor was very slippery, the carpets were not very well maintained. When I returned at night when we went to bathe, I started bathing my youngest son and the bathtub did not lower the water well. Very friendly staff, but we didn't like the facilities.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean and was refreshed by staff appropriately. This was the easiest parking I have ever had in Birmingham. Travelling as a single lady, I felt safe going in and out and even walking to nearby restaurants. There isn't an elevator but that was not an issue for me. There is no mini fridge in the room but there is one in the hallway with filtered water provided.”
