The room was clean, there weren't any glaring issues or anything. It was all that you would expect from a mid-tier hotel. If you like a Flintstone's style bed ... you're in luck. It was definitely more firm than my wife and I prefer, but it slept ok. Other than the personal preference in beds, no real complaints. It was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and most importantly, it was clean.

I enjoyed my stay throughout the weekend. The staff were kind and helpful as well. I had an issue with the tv not working after I checked in with the lady at the front desk and she got me switched to another room asap. Everything in the room was nice and clean and the property was also nice, well kept and clean also. I wouldn’t mind going back there whenever I take another trip to Birmingham.

There was pot being smoked from one of the rooms in mornings and evenings, the smell of which was in my hotel room. I was finally moved to another room the following morning. The new room was a huge improvement from the first, including a much better A/C unit and clean air in room and hallway. Overall, the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel and linens were clean. Everything functioned as it should. I did not have the opportunity to check out the breakfast.
