“This was not one of our best stays. We made our reservation 2 weeks prior to going and when we got there they did not have a room for us. They put us in a room for someone that was going to check-in the next day. The air filter in the room was dirty and we had to get them to change it. “Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!”
