This hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The dog walking area was close and not inconvenient. We were only about twenty minutes from the beach and that was very convenient. Lots of dining options close by. Breakfast was amazing, many choices and everything was well stocked. We loved this hotel and were so grateful for the experience there!

The pool was full of debris. I could not swim in it for all the tree debris. Food was pretty good. Bed was fine. Bathroom needed better upkeep. Everyone was pleasant. Love the zero entrance pool but like I said too much tree stuff. The drain seemed clogged with all the debris being pulled to it. It was “ a lot”. It just a little bit.

The only thing was I thought the rooms were bigger -- user error, so no complaints. Property staff were nice and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. I thought I read that laundry was complimentary, but that could be another user error.

The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future.
