“Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. I took full advantage of the gym set up they had on site which provided enough equipment to take care of my cardio and weights needs. “The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”
