Great hotel and facilities

Great hotel with exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Bar staff very good and friendly. Food was good value. Golf course is excellent too!

The staff are all fantastic. Nothing is too much to ask. You are so warmly welcomed. Food at the hotel is definitely worth having. A glad of wine in the outdoor area just listening to the trees and the wildlife, so nice from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommend to anyone who need a break from the normal.

I had the lite breakfast and it was very disappointing. The bacon was so over cooked i couldn't cut it and egg was raw on top not cooked enough .

Really liked the Hotel, a few clientele spoiled it

Decent Budget Business Trip. Decent Room and Facilities, Good Food, Good Selection of Drink. Did everything it was supposed to do. Only issue was at the time of my visit there seemed to be a large number of trades men staying on site. This resulted in late night noise as they banged and shouted their way through the halls and in to their rooms only then to continue to make noise until past 1. The hotel is a separate complex away from the main reception and restaurant. Perhaps I was unlucky on the night.

If you like golf, or a gym it's good. Otherwise paper thin walls and bit deteriorated in places take the shine off. Extractor in bathroom not working. Reported first day and not fixed. Shower bracket broken so could only use hand held. Good view from upstairs room of dump site for broken furniture.

Recommend!

Lovely stay, hotel staff very friendly and prior to our trip had very good communication and answered any questions we had promptly. The room we had was large and there was air con which was lovely! The bathroom a tiny bit aged but it done the job, everything appeared nice and clean! The only problem we did find was that breakfast was advertised between 7 and half 10, we came down at 9am which is lucky we did as the bar staff packed the breakfast away by half 9. There was no directions as to whether we seat ourselves and had to call a waitress over to get us a pot of tea but she seemed confused we even asked? I'm not sure if that's the norm though as unfortunately for the hotel the WiFi and Phone lines had gone down in the area so maybe they were preoccupied. Aside from that feedback we had a lovely stay and when we did ever speak to staff they were always approachable and had a smile!

The employees make this a great place to stay!

Everyone employee we met, was welcoming, helpful, and looked like they enjoyed working here. Rooms are perfectly adequate and comfy for a short stay, walls a little thin. Aspect for the bar/restaurant is delightful.

A Hole in One

Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. I took full advantage of the gym set up they had on site which provided enough equipment to take care of my cardio and weights needs. I explored nearby Maidstone for dining options after refreshing myself under a very powerful shower. A very good night's sleep was obtained which led on to a well=cooked breakfast to start the day off just right. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and would pro-actively look to stay here again when in the area.

Stop off to the eurotunnel with friends.

The overall view is a large lavish hotel but our room was tired and old fashioned. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly. I had an issue with the electric so couldn’t use my hair styler and they sorted it pretty quickly for me.

Comfortable room with aircon

I have stayed here before, room was in good order bar the shower, which wouldnt stay put, kept drooping and twisting as fixture broken. I probably would have needed to give the bath a rinse if i used that instead. Everything else was great and just what i needed
