“Estábamos alojados en el piso 3 y el ascensor no funcionaba, el baño no estaba en la habitación y en la descripción de la habitación no se indica. El check in hay que llamar antes porque no suele haber nadie. Para pasar una noche no está mal. El desayuno justito. El café malísimo. Lo mejor la atención de la recepcionista, simpática y amable. ”

Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

“We arrived to a fully booked hotel. The staff were wonderful and dealing with a very busy dinner rush. They also had to deal with some leaks in the restaurant from the heavy rain. They remained so positive and friendly you would have never known(other than seeing the leaks) they were dealing with so much. They were also very understaffed for front desk, bar and servers there were 3 people to a full restaurant. Well done to them.”
