The Oundle suite bathroom was very tired in terms of furniture and building. The shower looked filthy and I didnt want to use it. “Parking. Clean Rooms, good staff”

“Breakfast was really good, staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very tired looking and needs modernising, if not a least fresh paint, carpet, curtains, linen. Our cold water tap didn't work. I told reception and asked for additional water, which they agreed but we didn't receive any. The shower was over the bath, and didn't work well, one minute you would get a blast of cold water and the next really hot. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated. The pool was good, however...

“I was really looking forward to my stay at The Candlesticks. However as soon as I entered, I began to have my doubts.
