“Mala atención y pobre servicio de limpieza”

“We were very happy we stayed at this newly renovated resort. The location being lakefront and immediately next to the Okanagan Rail Trail was especially wonderful. Everything seemed to be carefully thought out and the unit was equipped with every cooking utensil and pots and pans anyone would need. We didn't use the laundry in the room but it would be nice to use in the future especially for a longer stay. I could imagine this would be a great place for a wedding party or family reunion if you...

“Very clean and inexpensive”

“This property is in a great location within walking distance of many shopping choices and restaurants. Front desk staff could be more helpful by mentioning that some of the hotel amenities were not yet available. A girls hockey team were staying at the hotel (I have no problem with that) but used the second floor foyer and hallways as a training and warmup area (I did not appreciate that ). Hotel staff should have addressed that.”
