It was a good hotel. Great on site restaurant with good value. The fitness centre’s equipment is showing its age. The pillow selection had all huge tall pillows. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t good. The staff were great.

family-friendly hotel! Our kids had an amazing time, and the amenities were perfect for keeping them entertained. The pool was a huge hit, and the whole experience was comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. We travel with kids often, and this hotel definitely stands out as one we’d happily stay at again. Highly recommend for families!

I liked the green space for dogs , just had to open the back door and can walk my tiny dog. Pool was beautiful, room was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel .

The staff are excellent, all friendly and proffesional. Breakfast was good with quite a good selection of hot and cold items. I stayed for 3 nights with my two children and our tower room was a good size. I would return if we are in the area again. But, I'd bring our own pillows. The hotel pillows were the worst we've every encountered.

Our hotel stay was great. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel is centrally located. It’s nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. We brought our dog and he was greeted with local treats which was such a cute addition. I would stay here again!

Our toilet didn’t work in our room - it wouldn’t flush. Maintenance was called every day for the same issue and it still didn’t work properly. The hot tub jets didn’t work in either of the hot tubs. The plus side - the complimentary breakfast was decent.

we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a 1 bedroom queen suite and it suited us well as it gave us a space to unwind without being stuck in the bedroom . We had a nice view of the courtyard. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the location was great for us as close to downtown kelowna. We didn't use the pool but noticed it was closed while we were there but saw people using the hottub. We would stay again .

Pictures of room were nicer than the reality. Yes, I know I booked a basic room so show what I'm going to get. Front counter reception was not friendly and kinda made us feel not very welcome. Bathroom sliding door latch was broken, if fully open very difficult to close and because of no latch could not fully close. Chairs in living room type area uncomfortable and pushed together with no small table to put coffee or anything else on. And not that the room needed much but all the maids did was drop us a couple of coffee pods . Would have been nice to have an extra bar of soap since pump soap can only be reached if you are showering, and an extra blanket at the foot of the bed as my wife was cold both nights. Amenities looked good. Breakfast was excellent, staff there hustled. The pub was good, good food and beverage selection. Staff there were great. All in all I give a 3.5 out of 5.

Thid hotel was an excellent experience from right when we walked in. Olivia at reception was so welcoming and friendly. Reception area was great and nice open sunny lounge area with a great coffee machine. We walked into the room and loved the balcony! Beds were so comfy! The soaps and lotions were great. Breakfast was basic but just a notch above other hotels. We ended the night sipping drinks on the balcony pretending we were somewhere tropical...we will be back!!
