Room was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast had quite good options. Place was quiet and pleasant. The view from balcony was amazing. During trip to Kelowna, I would choose this hotel every time.

Convenient location. Walkable to so many things. Also love that there are real wine glasses, water glasses and coffee mugs in the rooms as well as no disposables in the excellent breakfast area!

Only spent one night but had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Free parking nearby (the hotel parkade was full). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, good variety. Lots of great dining options on the same street. Only downside of my stay was that the room was on the street side (a bit loud in the evening) and across from the elevator (you can hear the elevator going up and down all evening and in the morning).

It would be nice if they had some type of meat for breakfast. Our ceiling was falling down in the bathroom and we had some issues with the TV. It’s a great location and the balcony and parking is just a bonus.
