West Hertel Vacation Packages for 2026

This hotel is great! I flew in to the Buffalo Airport late at night and the hotel shuttle was there to pick me up 5 minutes after I called. The hotel is so cute, Very clean, comfortable beds, staff at the desk is wonderful and it's connected to a great chicken wing bar/grill. Def. would stay here again.

We like the vibe of the property. Something different from the standard marriot or holiday inn. Lots of charm and character. Nice neighborhood. Mostly clean, but. the bathtub could use new grout or a thorough cleaning around the tub. Bed was very comfortable. I would go back.

The carpet tiles in the 3rd floor hallway were loose making the place looked not maintained at all, it is also a safety issue for both staff and guests. There is also a disgusting smell in the elevator, not sure if it is from carpet cleaner used or musty smell from the carpet itself.

It was a good stay, the room is nice , breakfast is good, both of my kids like it. The pool is good , but a little too cold for my 9 year old son, so we didn’t stay long. Overall , is a good stay.
