“All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. ”

“We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

“The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed except paper towels and napkins. The laundry was very useful. It is connected to the cruise ship terminal, so very convenient. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants, etc. In walking distance. My only complaint is the NOISE! Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. Right outside the apartment. Not...
