“Couldnt fault a thing about this place! Staff were extremely friendly, room was very clean, view from the room was amazing. Location was central for everything! We will definitly be back, thanks :)”

“We booked this place for a 6-night family holiday. The moment we checked in, there was a very strong smell of sweat and stinky feet. The bathroom had a strong moldy and drain smell, with visible mold all over the shower walls. We tried opening the window and the door, but it made no difference. We contacted the after-hours staff, but he offered no help and even tried to blame the smell on the “previous guests”. I requested a refund for the unused 5 nights, but he said only the manager could...

“My favourite place to stay when I’m in the area, great rooms, location and a convenient 11am checkout- not to mention the outlook over the marina”

“Great place to stay”

“Very clean rooms friendly staff”

“I had an ocean view room which also looked over the car park & pub on the corner. Was a bit noisy on Fri & Sat nights & during the day as they are renovating the outside of the building. Didn’t bother me as l was not there during the day. I loved being able to see & hear the ocean & the close proximity to restaurants & beach walks. The room was very spacious & good storage for clothes. The hotel is in need of an update but for the price l paid, l felt it was excellent value for money.”

“Great location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms fairly basic but have everything you need.”

“Very clean & trendy. Good to get a bite to eat after our late arrival. We stayed in the disability room was a bit unusual for us not to have a toilet door. But understand why. Great bed. No concerns to voice”

“Felt like home, made to feel comfortable and welcome above than being just a paying customer”

“Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...
