We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay.

Fantastic location on the waterfront. We had a great view of the Swan from our 15th floor room. Rooms are great. A couple of minuses: breakfast is poor and overpriced, much better to eat out on the quay; and some staff members were confused and inefficient. But a nice hotel in a lovely place.

The highlight was definitely the daily breakfast buffet at Hearth Restaurant. We had breakfast there for three days and the food was different every day, delicious, fresh and full of variety.
