The best thing about this hotel is the location. 350m from RAC arena and super close to lots of shops and amenities. However the hotel is very average at best. Firstly requiring a $250 should be made aware at the time of booking, rather than at check in. Secondly, the beds aren’t super comfortable, doable for one night but any longer would’ve caused issues. Thirdly, in our room we had an oxygen generator which wasn’t a great sign, then our shower head was broken. Very average experience and not really worth the money but was good for what was required.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cosy breakfast room, you will be lucky to find a free table. Free upgraded room, very comfortable bed and room with a view! No on-site parking, we were out most of the day, but free parking 6pm - 8am on side streets. Very handy location, very short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Northbridge. We'd definitely stay again!
