Nice comfortable hotel, away from the busy bustling city, but still close enough. Excellent coffee in the mornings from the restaurant. Easy to get into CBD of Perth with FTZ bus transport from hotel. Walkable to Heirisson Island Kangaroo Sanctuary, or just go for a wander along the Swan River.
