“Un hotel al que jamas regresaria a parte de caro esta muy sobrevalorado no merece ni 2 estrellas no incluye desayuno no tiene una estacion gratis de cafe en lobby no te dan nada todo se compra hast un cafe la piscina fuera de servicio el cual yo pague por ese servicio hay mejores hoteles en la zona mas comodos en precios y imcluye desayuno su cafe disponible 24/7 todo funcionando no vuelvo a visitat este hotel no lo recomiendo”

“I was with my husband for 5 days. They told us there was breakfast, but it was just cereal, yogurt, and a cold sandwich. Horrible. During all those days, they didn't clean the room, they only changed the towels. Terrible.”

“The concept of the resort is nice and I’m sure it was a great experience when it first opened. As of today this place needs major upgrades and renovations. Our room was in the main building with the movie room and pizza restaurant. There is no elevator so pack light. The room we had was spacious, but had an old musty mildew smell. The carpet needs replacing, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were like sleeping on bricks. The water in the sink and tub backed up so you had to use the...
