Where do I begin. The pictures on Expedia are grossly misleading. The pool was disgusting, the grounds were in complete disrepair. The staff poolside were brutal. Waiting 5 mins for a drink and treated like it was a bother. The pool chairs were completely gross, and and disrepair. The buffet, if that's what you call it, was hilarious . When we finally made it to our room, the doors to the cupboard didn't align, the chairs had stains and there was what looked like blood on the curtains. The towels in the bathroom had holes. This is not at all acceptable. We had to leave due to a family emergency and I'm glad we did.
