I was originally placed in a room I didn't book. A lower tier. They immediately rectified the situation and gave me a complimentary upgrade. All staff was super helpful throughout our stay. Loved that they provided floats as well. I will return.

Resort was beautiful and clean.
The food was alright not what I was expecting from a secrets hotel. Drinks were good. Entertainment staff and bar staff were phenomenal. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The beach itself was ok kind of crowded with locals. One thing I liked was the resort offered shuttle service for free to take you to palm and eagle beach and that was a nice perk to be able to explore other parts of Aruba. Overall, I would stay here again if I came back to Aruba because of how beautiful and new the resort itself is compared to other in Aruba.
