Every staff member is very nice, and helpful. The property was incredibly clean. The food was amazing. They shut the pool down at 7 everyday to treat it/ clean it which was kind of a bummer for wanting to do a night swim, but understandable. 5 star place for sure

The resort was excellent , the staff , food , music. The beach was clean , gorgeous! The house keeper Yolanda was exceptional. She even remember it was my birthday and took the time do do something special for me.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is clean and clear. The food was good and the buffet had a great variety at all times of the day. Only negative was room service only brings cold sándwiches unless you’re an elite member. They do have a sports bar open 24 hours with burgers and delicious shrimp quesadilla. Hotel is perfectly located walking distance to Palm beach night life.

The Riu Palace was recently renovated and just opened a week before we arrived. Everything was in perfect shape. The amenities were great.

Loved the direct access to the beach. Cabanas are limited as everyone wants them…have to reserve at 6am to get one. Beach activities are next door, great for those who love water sports, etc. Buffet was great! Restaurants’ quality is ok… wish the food choices would have been greater!!! Because of the high demand for restaurant seating, staff is a little overwhelmed and thus service is suffering.

If you’re looking for great service especially if you pay extra for elite club do not expect it. Better off paying the lower fee to self serve. Other than the service everything was awesome. Great location friendly staff and clean.

This hotel was amazing! The hotel felt very safe, there was security everywhere. The hotel was newly renovated, and everything was clean to my liking! My room was spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The restaurants were amazing. The pool area was clean and gorgeous to hang out in. The staff accommodated me Very quickly on the beach with a cabana. You also have the luxury of walking next-door to the other Riu to explore. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. I would recommend 10 stars!

Beautifully renovated property Food was very good and service was excellent I would say they weren’t ready to open fully as there were things like no robes or toiletries in the rooms maybe because they weren’t fully ready to open I would say. The rooms still had some clean up to do like paint on the floors and some minor clean up spots. Still would recommend this resort to all my friends and family.

It was freshly renovated and beautiful. Very clean and great staff. The amenities were limited for their elite club, I expected a little more accommodation for what I paid. The app also didn’t work for most things so it was kind of pointless. Food was okay, I’ve had better. But staff was very helpful and kind!
