To pay 10K for your small family vacation and have to call 4x to get your beds made on the first day is ridiculous. The restaurants act as if they can not seat you and the Hostesses are rude. The food is TERRIBLE. The pool was not clean and there were cats and dogs at the beach with people that own small shacks that sell souvenirs yelling at you to come buy something.
