Staff was great, they helped plan our excursions, kept our mini fridge filled with sodas and drinks and cleaned the room every day. Food was excellent and the bartenders and drinks were good also. Will definitely stay here again.

This resort was even better than expected! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the resort was kept quite clean, and the food was amazing (lots of restaurants to choose from). There was free shuttle service to and from the airport, and free water activities on the beach - including a catamaran ride to some caves. We experienced an issue where our hot water wasn't working in the room one day, and it was fixed almost immediately. Someone was also sent immediately to help when I accidently locked myself out of our room safe. Overall really loved the cozy atmosphere of this resort - wasn't too big or small and is right on the ocean. The ocean water was super warm and still, and the sand was very nice too.

The beach is outstanding and the pool is large and beautiful. The grounds are immaculately kept. The food was ok. There was not enough entertainment at night - mostly only the Piano bar which was fun but after a few nights it was redundant. Water sports were included and the guys running the show were awesome. England, O’Brian and O’Jay were experts in the water and made you feel very comfortable. The location on Bloody Bay can’t be beat. Fully enjoyed our stay!

The staff at Couples Negril is amazing. The resort itself is very nice, getting a bit out dated for the times. Couples Negril is definitely a very relaxed atmosphere, I don't recommend if you are looking for a party atmosphere. The resort is basically silent after 10pm. Amenities and activities are plentiful. The workout gym definitely needs an upgrade as the equipment looks like it is from the 80's. Also the ceiling leaks terribly. Food was good. Bar staff was great. In all had a great chilled, relaxing vacation!!

Overall excellent low-key resort with lots of great free activities (sailing, waterskiing, catamaran cruise, snorkeling, diving, bonfire on beach, daily option to go to couples swept-away) and a beautiful beach with plenty of seating. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent but the buffet restaurant was just OK and was a little too hot at times. The drinks at the bars were very inconsistent in quality so we tried to stay with the same bartenders where possible. The property was always clean and well-maintained. Our "beachfront" room had a diagonal view of the water which was ok but some of the lower rooms had very limited views. Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. Our only complaint was a noisy spa pump in the au natural area that we could hear from our balcony as well as the occasional au natural guest walking through our building (#9). The staff were all amazing (super friendly, helpful and fun).

The beach was beautiful and the water was nice and warm. The food throughout the resort other than the one lunch grill place was great. The lunch grill took a very long time and wasn’t very good. We paid for a beach view upgrade but the room did not have any beach views unless you went outside on your balcony and sat on the far chair.

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff was attentive. Their eyes were constantly on their vactioners. We were asked continously, «are you alright, do you assiatance with anything, can I get anything for you. Our room was serviced daily. The food was excellent. The beach was clean and the water waa calm. I would stay here again.

Check in was odd to start...they took the females in the piano bar to wait for authorizations on CC,'s and then the men joined later. There was no true check in introduction to where things were or how they work or even what days had activities. We booked a beach view and ended up on the 1st floor, building one, which was beautiful... BUT unfortunately EVERY morning starting at 6am vendor carts rolling and individual laughing and talking loudly happened right outside our doors, so no option for sleeping in. Only 4 restaurants, which we thought would be fine... but the selection/quality was lacking for the price that is paid for and AI. The beach, pool, and drinks were great. Overall, we won't return to this resort but may try another one on 7mile beach.

Large, clean rooms with balcony. Chairs could have been more comfortable, since I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You really know you are on a tropical island. Staff was great overall, red flag service on the beach not so great, either had to hunt somebody down or get your drinks yourself from the bar. We never used the swim-up bar since we only swam in the ocean. Restaurants were ok, we had great food in the fine dining restaurant. The grill was mostly good, but not consistent. The Asian restaurant had the best service of any of the restaurants, but the food was terrible. The main restaurant had always lots of options and was for the most part good as long as you came early. The drinks were good, but it also depended on the bartender how strong they were. Overall, we had a great, relaxing vacation that we enjoyed. We definitely would return.

The room was very clean and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach amenities were absolutely great. The catamaran and snorkeling and the glass bottom boat were all included in our all-inclusive package, which really made it nice. The beach was very nice. The dinners were very nice. We will absolutely go back. The staff was always very pleasant to be around and always had a smile and always talked to you and asked how you were doing. If you had any questions, they were happy to answer them.

The excellent parts: food was top notch in otahete and lychee. Shonda, moveta, and orelle at the pool bar are absolute rock stars. The property itself was very comfortable, great beach, and amenities. The only part that wasn't great was the organized entertainment. I actively looked for the games and things daily, and somehow missed every single one...while in the area at the right time. The only bad part was the bar staff at cassava made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Idk if I was doing/using it wrong, but I tried it 3 diff times, and walked away feeling the same way each time. But that was such a small piece of our stay, I wouldn't let it deter a repeat stay.

This was an amazing trip!! Staff added little decorations out of the clean laundry on the bed. Couldn't be happier. Staff was really nice and energetic. Always had an answer for you. Rooms cleaned about 2 times a day. Drinks delivered on the beach. Vendors kinda hastled but not if you tell them no and really good pricing for their goods. Great food. If you are looking for paradise with amazing people and a great atmosphere, look no further!!😁
