We had an amazing stay at RIU Palace Tropical Bay! The resort was very clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was very good, with plenty of choices, and we enjoyed everything throughout our stay. The beach and the entire resort atmosphere were wonderful, and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend RIU Palace Tropical Bay and would happily return!

Best part was water and beach. The staff was ok. Had to ask before they did things intuitively. The Restaurant were awful probably the most disappointing part of the property. The buffet was good. The rooms were excellent.

This was our first time in Negril and first time staying at an RIU property. Overall, it was a great hotel however they charge you $5 if you lose a room key. We were traveling with a group of 32 family members and the food at the restaurants were not the best. However, the buffet for breakfast and dinner were not bad. The property is well maintained and the rooms were always clean.

To us beach is most important one, and it is 10/10. Everything is clean and well maintained, especially to us is important how the food is handled, which is done exceptionally well, from the servers uniforms, plates, glasses and food (cold and hot). Staff is always there to help when you need them. We did enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back.

The property was beautiful. The beach is stunning and the resort itself is spotless. Certain amenities were lacking; wifi was out for a day and was inconsistent overall, room service was often not available and lacked sufficient options, the bar service at the beach was slow or not available. The atmosphere is nice, quiet, and feels safe and secure for a solo traveler. I would return.
