“Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again”

“Not enough staff, room was dusty lampshades above bed dirty! dirty walls in bedroom, hair on bathroom floor, entrances carpets floor,lifts dirty, rubbish everywhere,not enough bars staff, breakfast awful . More like a 1 star hotel. Rundown hotel.”

“Out of the way, quiet just what we needed”

“The room and corridors are clearly old and it's the kinda of hotel where everything creeks and is dated. The room smelt like damp or toilet issues and there was a constant noise of people slamming doors and tapping from outside that could have been birds or something else. The shower had barely any pressure. Breakfast was ok and nothing to rave about but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone”

“Lovely stay, easy access to Lytham which I prefer. Owner very helpful. Good breakfast enjoyed being served at the table by friendly staff. Car park tight, no problem for us as there was free street parking.”
