“The room was clean enough but mirrors were streaky and bed was super hard, the conditioner dispenser was broken and the shampoo was empty (cleaning staff should check these daily) The real let down was the breakfast service and the cleanliness of the downstairs seating area, one seemed for breakfast eventually I was welcomed to the chaos of the breakfast buffet there was no order to it and have of the buffet was empty the plats and cups could do with a good wash or replaced. “Great stay at the Queens during the Women’s Open. Single room was not large but perfectly adequate for one and had every thing that I needed. Lovely meal in the restaurant one evening and the breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Not my first stay here and won’t be the last.”

Switched itself back on after boiling so had to switch off at the mains.”
