“Breakfast was very good. Room a bit small and no drawers to put any thing. Staffs are good. The only problem is they didn't make up my room even though I put up the sign.”

“Lovely stay, easy access to Lytham which I prefer. Owner very helpful. Good breakfast enjoyed being served at the table by friendly staff. Car park tight, no problem for us as there was free street parking.”

“Out of the way, quiet just what we needed”

“The room and corridors are clearly old and it's the kinda of hotel where everything creeks and is dated. The room smelt like damp or toilet issues and there was a constant noise of people slamming doors and tapping from outside that could have been birds or something else. The shower had barely any pressure. Breakfast was ok and nothing to rave about but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone”
