“The Lea Gate is positioned for great access to the motorways in the area. There is a morissons express store opposite with a petrol garage attached . The staff at Lea Gate couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. There is a hungry horse pub on the premises serving good food. Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Ideal for traveller's/tradesmen etc. Definately use again 👌”

“The room was lovely and spacious and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. A continental breakfast was delivered by 8am which was very filling. The hotel is perfect for ambling round the shops as it’s in the centre of Lytham St Annes. Parking is close by with plenty of on street parking and a couple of small car parks close by.”
