Front desk staff were very helpful to arrange transportation to Heathrow. A wealth of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away, as is the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the train station. “Al llegar el check in estuvo muy mal, no habia nadie disponible para ayudarnos a subir las maletas a un segundo piso , un dia caluroso y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo todo esto es tolerable. Lo que no es tolerante es que al dia siguiente en el desayuno la mesera no nos atendió dandole preferencia a unos ingleses, cuando nos Atendió tomó la orden con mal gusto y con una mala actitud. A los 25 minutos regresa y nos dice que si nos toma la orden, nosotros con familia y niños...

“Perfect location for a stay close to family who live in Southsea. Everything we needed, including a bar to relax for an hour before bed. Free coffee and water in reception was awesome. All amenities on the doorstep in a wonderful safe environment. I would stay here every time.”

“Great hotel in a great area! We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff, food, drinks, all wonderful. The standard rooms are small, but that is clearly indicated when you book. No onsite parking, but its not far. Only a few minutes walk. We are still talking about our stay and hope to be back.”
