“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“Aunque está a 15 minutos en auto desde el centro está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de tren (7 minutos en auto). La atencion del personal del Hotel es aceptable pero sobresale la atención, el sentido de urgencia y la empatía de Celia. Los cuartos son amplios y está rodeado de naturaleza. Así que si quieres disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo este puede llegar a ser tu lugar. “Muy caro para lo que es, no es un 4 estrellas como indican, habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y el servicio de restaurantes normal, los hoteles en Southhampton todos sin excepción están sobre valorados precios mas caros que Londres, se aprovechan de la necesidad de los pasajeros que van a los cruceros y tienen que hacer noche en la ciudad”

“The property was kept warm at all times and a good breakfast choice was offered. There was a good choice of evening meals. The only criticism was the noise of doors banging which caused the fabric of the building to shake. On a positive note the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was always kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The car park was good and there were ample spaces. I would certainly visit again.”
