Vacations Close To Melville Monument

We’ve just had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. From the initial booking to follow up messages everything was handled well. On arriving late we were met by the restaurant manager and shown to our room which was very nice. Needs a little bit of maintenance on the old windows so that they all be open but otherwise all was good. Breakfast was excellent and served in the bar so our dogs could be with us. Similarly we had evening dinner in the garden room. The grounds are lovely with lots of walks for the dogs. Thank you for a lovely stay and a special thank you to Hubert for his hospitality

We had a wonderful, large room looking over Princes Street. We stayed in February which meant that the rate was very reasonable. We visited the in-house cinema one night - this makes this hotel pretty unique. We would definitely stay here again if coming to Edinburgh.

Rooms need a good clean Mold and insects, desk staffed got it cleaned Probably overpriced during tourist season

Loved this hotel. Great location, excellent staff, fun little gems all over the hotel. Loved the larger than average hotel bath towels. Hotel is located next to an outdoor bar but on the 2nd floor we didn't hear much of it and it didn't bother us. Wo8ld 100% stay here again. Now one of my favorite hotels.

Room was very good. Walls were marked up a bit. Easy clean with a magic eraser so not sure y not done but. The dishwasher was broken. The washer worked well but drying is a pain in the butt. Takes forever. No ac in main room. Probably not an issue most times but we landed on a warm week or so and would have been helpful. Great local. Great hosts. Would go back for sure

Nice place with good parking and clean and comfortable room. About 10 minutes drive from Edinburgh tourist center. Good place to stay to visit Edinburugh.
