We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very nice! The bar was very nice and a great place to relax at night. Our breakfasts was good. Location was excellent and very walkable. Beds were comfortable and room was very nice as was the bathroom.

This was our second stay at a Motel One . Earlier in our trip, we stayed at Motel One Princes Street. This facility was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The availability of breakfast was very convenient and I loved the breakfast. The location was great with easy access to the train station and easy but hilly walking to shops and the Royal Mile. Would stay again.

Nice property, friendly staff. The room was a bit small and there is a real lack of counter space for toiletries in the bathroom. No proper closet but a nice hanging bar was present. Nice on site bar and breakfast option.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. In front of the train station and in the middle of Edinburgh. Unfortunately the room cleaning was very poor and they have 1 trash can I the bathroom only and no closet.

My only concern with this hotel was it was a pretty long hike from the front desk to our room and it required going up and down some steps to get there. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in a great location with an efficient and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Right by the train station and all the attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk. The staff are great as well, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The only downside was the bathroom in our room. It’s just not a great design. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back though!
