We had such a lovely welcome from Zoe, she was really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy. Breakfast was really tasty and great selection. Staff took the time to greet us. Unfortunately we were only staying one night, would have loved to have time to visit the spa and pool. Thank you.

Radison Blu is centrally located on High Street and the Royal Mile where there was so much to see, especially during our first ever Fringe Festival. The most amazing hotel feature was the spa facilities (Sauna, Steam and indoor pool). The breakfast was nice but not amazing since it lacked an omelette station, but the fruit provided was sweet n fresh! Staff very helpful. Lunch at the restaurant was good!

Overall our stay was excellent, most of the staff were generally friendly and polite. We had a problem with the bed and reported it before leaving for the day and it was repaired by the time we returned in the evening. There was a large breakfast selection and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was fine.
