“there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night”

“The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive. The shared facilities included living rooms, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. “We had a pleasant one-night stay at this property. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a lovely small park and a small beach right in front, which is perfect for families with young children. We also appreciated having a TV in the room so we could watch a FIFA match during our stay. The room was a little small for two adults and two children, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a calm location.”

“The room was clean but there was a very damp and musty smell. We had to open the windows and turn the heat to try to counteract it. The view was very beautiful of the river and lots of fish jumping.”

“As a road trip stop - pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness, quiet area and good riverside view of Trent. We've never stayed at a Motel 6 as we prefer at least 4-star hotels -- but not many choices in the area during high summer season. Staff were very helpful however the rate was definitely overpriced for a 2-star place for the night.”
