“Unfortunately the older front desk woman was rude to my employees, again. They came in saying they had rooms under both of their names. She immediately told them the hotel was fully booked. They repeated that they already had their rooms booked. She claimed she could not find any reservations under their names. Yet, as soon as I got on the phone and told her I had booked it for them and gave their names for a *third* time she magically pulled them up. It seems as though she just assumed my two...

“The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Tara was wonderful and provided us with everything we needed. There were charming touches like an evening fire in the firepit and the front porch swings.”

“It was relatively clean, the AC worked well, and the wifi worked well, too. There are a lot of palmetto bugs around the property, which is likely the "roaches" other people mention. They did not come inside though. Shower was too small to comfortably use, and was a bit run down and old. Parking lot is rough, and it floods when it rains hard, making part of it unusable to small cars. Staff generally seemed nice and got me more towels when I asked for them. “The facility was quaint and very nice. The grounds would have been beautiful had they been groomed. The grass was tall and there were areas that had been neglected for quite some time. The person at the front desk seemed to be there out of necessity. They did not have a cook and graciously gave us a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. This has the potential to be a top star inn but I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see it for sale. We did enjoy the room which as large and nicely...

“This place is properly named. We have stayed here a few years ago and often reminisce about the scenery and peacefullness. We like to walk and with the newest boardwalk extensions all that came to fruition. Location and scenic value is a DREAM!”
