This is a historic lovely location. Very peaceful with great access to the beach. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast offered was great. We ate at the Dunes.

We stayed here over 4th of July weekend. The location is excellent, the room was clean (maybe a tiny bit antiquey smelling), the staff was perfectly lovely, and we enjoyed the grounds and large room. They offered vouchers for two local breakfast diners, as they don’t currently have a chef on staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

This is a charming old inn in a convenient location. It doesn’t have many amenities but it was fine for the price. It was very convenient to have a code for the rooms as opposed to a key. There was coffee on site but not breakfast. We found out on our second day that we could get a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. I wish I had known the first morning we were there. The rooms are small but fine for 2 days. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we really enjoyed staying there.

Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!

The facility was quaint and very nice. The grounds would have been beautiful had they been groomed. The grass was tall and there were areas that had been neglected for quite some time. The person at the front desk seemed to be there out of necessity. They did not have a cook and graciously gave us a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. This has the potential to be a top star inn but I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see it for sale. We did enjoy the room which as large and nicely furnished.

We love this quiet bed and breakfast. We spent our honeymoon 29 years ago there and came for our anniversary. We love it so much we brought dinner to the room instead of eating out. The bed was comfortable and the view was breath taking!

Good bones, but needs a refresh.. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around. However, the hotel itself is really starting to show its age. The room felt outdated, and could definitely use some renovations. Great potential, it just needs a little TLC!

We spent 3 nights here. Charming, spacious room with many windows on 3 sides. Towel warmer was appreciated in bathroom. Walk around porch deck with comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy the sunsets. Nice full breakfast included in a plesant dining room. Very nice grounds to enjoy as well as a good path to beach. Would definitely return here.

This property is charming and well situated, but it could use a bit of an update. It feels like it's seen better days. The amenities were underwhelming. There is a water cooler with hot and cold water and tea bags in the common area, but no coffee or bottled water. My reservation also said breakfast was included, but there isn't anyone on staff after 5 PM and before 9 AM, and the common area/breakfast area is locked. Luckily, there is a very nice coffee shop with a great selection and breakfast just across the lawn, and it's walkable without having to deal with traffic. The kitchenettes aren't very well supplied. There was a random assortment of pans, utensils, and glassware. I don't think there were even plates. We only stayed one night, so it was fine, but if I had a longer stay, it would not have been very comfortable. With a little better attention to detail and basic amenities, and a little maintenance, this could be an excellent property.
