Pleasant stay from start to finish. Room was clean and in good condition. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was extremely appreciated. The Belgian waffle machines were especially great to have so there was no need to go out every morning to a restaurant. Being right on the beach was awesome.

Property is older , moldy spots on chairs in the balcony,door sticky..not very inviting..but had an excellent ocean view from inside the room. The location is great, the staff was great, the view was great. The problem is lack of investment. I was pleasantly surprised I could get a room, in August, for only 1 night, on a Saturday, on 1 week notice! Now I see why. The owners have skimped on maintenance and postponed a renovation that should have happened 5 years ago. Everybody staying there was either first time visitor or, like me, the visit was a last minute decision thing and we all thought we got lucky, till we checked in. I didn't see anyone that was a repeat customer and I won't be either. But as soon as they renovate the joint, I'll try them again.

Nice, clean room. Free breakfast. The most amazing location, right on the beach and it also has a nice size pool that we used every day. Very large deck with lounge chairs. We watched the fireworks on the 4th and made some new friends. Overall, very nice. Nothing fancy but definitely has everything you need for a beach vacation with the family. It also has laundry machines which is super helpful if you’re planning on staying longer. Will definitely be going back!
