Lovely little motel type hotel with thoughtful added extras. We stayed a week with teen and tween kids. Laundry is expensive but convenient. We paid less at Disney the week prior! Body board rental also expensive compared to local stores. Breakfast offering is helpful before a day out though limited. Board games and outdoor games are a nice touch. Parking is available and walk to beach is pretty short. Great 5pm warm cookies daily! Close to a lot of great restaurants and ice cream shops as well as many stores and local attractions.

Clean bright room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice big HD TV. Pool was a perfect temp for hanging out in. Breakfast looked ok, but we prefer hot. The beach is a simple 5 min walk. Check in is a little quirky. You basically chat with a remote agent through a live monitor. Fairly simple, but I could see where older travelers might not like the Max Headrom feel. All in all a very nice place for a couple of days.

The inside of the hotel was immaculate-really ! And the staff were very accomadating and pleasant. The breakfast was just granola bars, cookies and yogurt, dry cereal. The problem really was the pool. It was very dirty. The manager said the pool guy just didn’t show up this week that is unfortunate. It wasn’t unusable but kind of yucky.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful Inn. They left no stone unturned their attention to detail is impeccable. I absolutely would travel there again and again. I also found out they have a place in St Augustine FL. I am definitely going there. The vibe is very relaxed even though the property was sold out it was not crowded at anytime. One note I want to tell is that there is no elevator it’s an Inn and it’s only 3 stories. I did not mind at all and I’m a senior citizen. I want to thank the staff for the wonderful experience and the beautiful memories I made with my adult children. Can’t wait to come back.

Clean small hotel. Stuff is very nice . Only thing I did not like no elevator, also they expect you to leave place clean . I don't have that problem but feel pressure bc they will charge you when you leave . Also I can understand they want that place stays clean and people get as. drunk there and destroy place . I was there with my son so I dont have that kind problem but I was still feel pressure what can I use and what can't am I going to be charge ,did I do something wrong. That's only thing. But yeah clean place to stay

It has a small Continental breakfast, at 5pm they put out free cookies and popcorn on a first come first serve basis. The pool is nice and they have plenty of family friendly activities. Also walking distance to the beach. Definitely would go again.

This was a wondeful property. I had never stayed in one of the boutique hotels but enjoyed the concept. The amenities in the game room were awesome! My small children enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and chocolate chip cookies. The continental breakfast selection was also fantastic. Very clean, centrally located, and easy to check in and out (despite an onsite attendant). We will be back!

It was a nice stay. The room was nice bathroom clean. My problem was there wasnt a person in house most of the time. There was a kiosk in the lobby. Thats how business was conducted. If you had a nonstandard question there was no quick answer. English was not the first language. The accents were very difficult to understand over a speaker. My card was doubled billed. It was not corrected.
