“Maddy was an amazing host and made us feel very comfortable. The farm is amazing so are the rooms, the surroundings (river, unexplored Maya-Ruins, Djungle), the animals, the food! Thank u so much for a few days really enjoying a home apart from home!”

“Todos fueron súper amables, muy atentos a darnos explicaciones sobre el lugar, los lugares para visitar y lo tradicional de Belice. Las habitaciones super limpias y con buenas amenidades. Y la comida fue excepcional. Todo en nuestra estadía fue grandiosa, en especial por todo el personal”

“We had an amazing stay at the Rainforest Retreat. Theodocios, our assistant at the Rainforest Retreat was an excellent guide and his wife, Francelia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner that was included with our stay. She also does laundry. We stayed one night there in the Eco-Pods and the 2nd night at the Chaa Creek Lodge. Docios shuttled us back and forth and provided excellent guidance.”

“As a family of five, this was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, with fantastic amenities and fixtures in the bathrooms, spectacular garden and pool. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay.”

“Como siempre es un gusto hospedarnos en Midas Hotel de San Ignacio, Bz. Disfrutamos ampliamente en familia. Muchas gracias.”

“This is the most amazing place I've stayed at. The ENTIRE staff was terrific from begging to end. My wife had the best massage she's ever had. The food was great and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. If I could give more stars I would. Be ready to unplug from the world and enjoy your surroundings. So much to do and see. I will be recommending this property to everyone one I know. My wife and I were making plans to come back before we even left.”

“Heaven on earth. The food was phenomenal, the staff felt like family and the atmosphere was out of this world. A family vacation we will never forget.”

“Mike was so nice and helpful, as was his wife. The place has a real charm, but just know that it’s rustic and authentic. Meaning no A/C, bugs in the rooms, beds, bathroom, etc. The property is starting to degrade but still has a special feel and vibe. If you’re looking for a real experience this is it. If you prefer something more modern and comfortable look elsewhere.”

“It’s very convenient, because is super close of cross border with Guatemala . ”

“La experiencia es muy linda y te hacen sentir cómo en casa. Lari, meli y sus colaboradoras son super atentas y serviciales El lugar tiene cocina y muchas facilidades para relajarse y además cerquita tiene acceso a un río y meli hizo un pastel delicioso para el cumpleaños de mi pareja y una decoración espectacular ”

“Dumpsters emptied by municipality across street at 04:15. Can not be slept through. Pathetic.”

“The place is absolutely perfect and beautiful The whole experience is exceptional.. The ground keeper was very helpful and knowledgeable..”
