“This was a neat place to stay. I wish I would’ve had more time to play golf. Our room was ok. There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling. There were no cross windows to open and no fan on a back up power source or even a battery fan in case of emergency which would’ve helped considerably. Overall our stay was...

“El lugar está muy bien en todos los sentidos, solamente el detalle del check in no hubo la comunicación adecuado por lo cual al llegar mi habitación no estaba disponible ya que estaba ocupada pero me asignaron otra, lo malo es que no estaba lista para el horario indicado y no pude tener uso hasta horas después pero a su vez pude hacer al día siguiente el check out un poco más tarde ”

“We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...

“The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The villa was beautiful and kept clean and up-to-date. Everything in the unit worked. The food was delicious albeit different from standard fair. The horseback riding tour was the best value for the money at the resort for things to do. The only thing I had trouble finding a chair that was comfortable the living room furniture was pretty, but very hard to sit on. “When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing.”

“Como su nombre lo dice, es un hotel de montaña. Si les gusta la naturaleza, este hotel es para ustedes. Puede que encuentren animales en los senderos durante su estadía. Es como a 4 minutos del desvío, en calle de tierra. Se wncuentra prácticamente en medio de ambas ciudades, Santa Elena y San Ignacio, como a 25 minutos de la frontera y”
