“This is such a beautiful property that really immerses you in the nature of San Ignacio. Rose cooked fresh breakfast everyday that was absolutely delicious, and her and her husband were super kind. I also rented a car from Rod, who was also super nice, so I had such a smooth experience getting from place to place. “When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing.”

“Lo escogimos quedaba en el camino de nuestra ruta. No contábamos que había que caminar con maletas hacia las habitaciones, fue muy incómodo caliente. Para moverte al centro debes de pagar taxi, ya que no tiene opciones para comer a distancia de caminar. Cuándo hicimos el chequeo se acordó que nos a las 8:30 de la mañana y aún cuando llamamos eso nunca pasó, tuvimos que salir a buscar desayuno. En la noche se disculparon pero ya era tarde. No volvería. Para hospedarse y salir temprano...

Theodocios, our assistant at the Rainforest Retreat was an excellent guide and his wife, Francelia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner that was included with our stay. She also does laundry. We stayed one night there in the Eco-Pods and the 2nd night at the Chaa Creek Lodge. Docios shuttled us back and forth and provided excellent guidance.”
