“El hotel por fuera es muy bonito, pero por dentro muy viejo y sucio (bañera sucia con pelos, secador y mandos pegajosos, paredes y techo llenos de papeles para tapar imperfecciones, cortina q nunca con mal olor, ventanas con pestillos rotos) con habitaciones oscuras y muebles antiguos. Sólo estuvimos 5 minutos en la piscina porque no se aguantaba el olor a cloro. El desayuno básico, de panes sólo tenían pan de molde y pregunté si tenían cola cao para mi hijo, y la respuesta fue no. ”

“A warm welcome and shown to the room. The room itself was very comfortable. However, there was no air conditioning of any type or fan in the room in the excessive heat. It did not make for a comfortable night’s sleep. A guest fire action notice or a simple evacuation map showing the route to the nearest stairwell was not readily available behind the door. This requires immediate attention. Breakfast itself was just ok.”

“Pros: En general muy bien, la recepción muy amables, rodeado de supermercados, pubs y restaurantes. La cama es cómoda aunque la almohada es baja para mi. El baño no dispone de nada de amenities, por lo que recomiendo llevar lo necesario uno mismo. Parking compartido con supers por lo que siempre hay hueco. La única pega que le pongo es que las ventanas no están muy bien insonorizadas y todas las mañanas me despiertan las gaviotas que sobrevuelan la zona, pero también porque nosotros tenemos el...

“Rooms were nice a big with a great bathroom. Very good value for money. For what we paid the breakfast was good, if we would have been staying in the main hotel (£300 difference), I would have been very disappointed.”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”
