Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Location-wise it is well situated for access to the surrounding towns, particularly Hereford, though one should note that it sits right on the main road and this does lead to quite some road noise until late at night and from early in the morning.

“The Sloop Inn is in a convenient location to explore the area. The bedroom was small and had too much furniture; the two chairs took up all the space left in the room to move around, open a suitcase. The only power sockets were behind the bed. In order to plug in my phone and other chargers, I had to pull the bed away from the wall about 15cm in a room that was already too small. The bathroom sink light did not work. The staff were great.”
