“Hotel is clean and orderly”

“The hotel is closed to hospital, school and walking distance to the main road. Shops and restaurants are within reach. It’s connected to Divimall and a drug store. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Hotel is well kept that I even extended our stay. Good choice on food menu and breakfast was included on our stay. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.”

“More cleaning esp the bathroom”

“Our family love this hotel. Courteous and reliable staff, delicious food, lots of amenities and activities to enjoy especially for the whole family. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel. Thank you!”

“I wouldn’t recommend thus hotel to anyone. It’s old, smelly and the breakfast was average”

“Everything met my expectations”

“Aclaro era fin de semana largo. Pasaba la tormenta Nalgae. El servicio en el restaurante en la noche fue pésimo. Estando vacío el tiempo de espera fye de 45 minutos. Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. Buen aire acondicionado. ”

“The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure.”

“Enjoyed our brief overnight stay at hotel. Enjoyed the well maintained pool and appreciated the friendly helpful staff.”

“The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others ”
